Conducts live and recorded training sessions, creates educational materials, and supports software users in the automotive window-film industry.

Job Summary:

The Software Training Specialist is the face of XPEL software education. This role is responsible for conducting live training sessions, creating educational content, and ensuring installers and dealers have the knowledge they need to run their businesses efficiently.

Core Duties

  • Conduct live virtual and in-person training sessions for new and existing software users for the respective software (i.e DAP).
  • Develop and maintain training materials including videos, guides, and documentation
  • Customize training approaches based on customer needs, skill levels, and business workflows
  • Support new customer onboarding with structured training programs
  • Gather feedback from training sessions to identify common pain points and communicate them to the team
  • Stay current on new software features in area of responsibility and translate them into actionable training content
  • Track training completion and effectiveness metrics
  • Represent XPEL at events, trade shows, and customer sites as needed
  • Other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software training, customer education, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Comfortable leading sessions for small groups and large audiences
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience creating training content (video, written documentation, or e-learning modules) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM or business management software preferred
  • Automotive, paint protection film, or window film industry experience
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training and events
