Job Description (Solar Engineer)

Responsible for coordination, planning, and forecasting to optimize utilization of resources to fulfil budgetary and project milestones
Perform site study for PV system recommendation
Manage solar project site team to ensure compliance with safety standards
Monitor site work progress to ensure projects conform to specifications, schedules, and budgets
Plan and review Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects
Coordination with procurement team to raise sales request and ensure timely delivery of materials
Investigate and troubleshoot M&E issues during and post project implementation in coordination with clients, contractors, other stakeholders
Coordinate with LEW for site testing and inspection of installation
Interpret, Design and draft electrical single-line diagram (SLD), solar module layout and string-connection drawings for using AUTOCAD software
Interpret, Design and draft mechanical drawing of solar PV systems
Prepare and review project documents for submission to authority and ensure smooth delivery of the project completion
Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Fresh Graduates are welcome. On job training provided.
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other modelling software (like sketchup, PVsyst, Helioscope) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Prefer to possess Class 3 driving license (Manual)
Detailed-Oriented.
