Solar Fleet Performance Analyst (CX Team)
Key Responsibilities
System Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution
• Monitor day-to-day
performance of the entire distributed solar fleet using Freyr’s Fleet View
platform, identifying anomalies, generation shortfalls, and degradation trends.
• Triage and escalate system
performance issues to the relevant internal teams (installation, procurement,
field service) and track them through to resolution.
• Establish and maintain
performance benchmarks and alert thresholds across the fleet to enable
proactive issue detection.
Data Analysis & Insights
• Conduct deep-dive analysis
on system performance data to identify patterns, root causes of
underperformance, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build dashboards, reports,
and periodic fleet health scorecards to keep stakeholders informed on key
generation and performance metrics.
• Translate data findings
into concrete recommendations for Freyr’s procurement, design, and installation
teams to improve future system performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with the Product
Development team to define feature requirements, test enhancements, and provide
user feedback for the Fleet View platform.
• Collaborate with the
Customer Experience team to close the loop on customer complaints related to
system performance, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Work with field operations
to validate data insights against ground-level observations.
Continuous Improvement & Customer Impact
• Identify systemic
improvement areas across the solar value chain (procurement, design,
installation, maintenance) that directly impact customer experience and energy
yield.
• Drive adoption of
data-driven decision-making within the CX function to elevate overall service
quality.
