Solar HSE Safety Coordinator
Summary
Oversee construction-site safety for a solar-energy firm: daily inspections, hazard assessments, compliance checks, and team leadership to prevent unsafe conditions.
We are looking for a safety personnel with experience in construction sites to run our projects.
Lead the site team in fulfilling our projects. Identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice in the worksite.
Inspection of site daily and take appropriate corrective actions, prepares inspection report for the Management for immediate action.
Carry out site programmes, procedures and assist in organising WSHE awareness activities such as tool-box meetings, site orientation, induction, promotional activities, etc.
To conduct risk assessment and identify safety hazards on site
Work closely with safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are met.
Responsible for all safety matters and other matters . Assist in jobs assigned by superior.
Responsible for company's Safety Assets.
Health and wellness of employees
At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry
Additional certificates related to construction skills and safety is an added advantage:
WAH Assessor
Lifting Supervisor
