Solar Product Distribution Manager

About the Role
Blue Wave New Energy is seeking a proactive, goal-driven Solar Product Distribution Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and expand market presence in solar and energy storage solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, EPCs, and corporate clients
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience; renewable energy sector experience is a strong advantage
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment
