Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Renewable Energy
Technical Skills
- Understanding of energy generation, power conversion, and storage systems
- Hands-on experience with solar inverters, panels, and related equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting installations
Required Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years with large-scale solar project execution
- Experience in solar project design, execution, and maintenance
- Knowledge of system installation and grid integration
- Familiarity with government policies, subsidies, and compliance regulations in solar energy
Project Management Skills
- Ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Knowledge of procurement processes for solar equipment
- Experience with contractor and vendor coordination
- Establish project setup and manpower resources for execution of awarded work
Regulatory and Safety Awareness
- Understanding of safety standards and procedures in solar installation
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and risk mitigation
- Knowledge of state and national renewable energy laws and policies
