About the role

A Singapore public sector agency is building an AI-powered document processing and case intelligence platform on AWS GCC, integrating with an existing OutSystems case management system. You'll own the end-to-end architecture and act as technical lead for the squad.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture, including the design of the agentic AI architecture, ensuring detailed design and development align with the client's Enterprise Architecture

  • Translate business requirements, including application resiliency requirements, into application architectural specifications

  • Propose products and solutions based on the client's Enterprise Architecture and standards

  • Design the architecture blueprint of the organisation's business, information and ICT assets using multiple architectural models

  • Use, govern and enhance the architecture blueprint to ensure business and ICT remain in alignment

  • Review source code and solutions as part of the software development lifecycle

  • Provide delivery oversight and governance through solution architecture reviews, tech reviews, sprint reviews and Architecture Review Board submissions

About you

  • Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience

  • Track record in architecture design and technical leadership, particularly system architecture ownership, documentation and Architecture Review Board (ARB) clearance

  • Track record in agentic AI system design: multi-agent pipelines, Bedrock AgentCore, orchestration and MCP Server, RAG knowledge bases, human-in-the-loop architecture

  • Demonstrated experience in cloud-native architecture on AWS GCC for infrastructure and security — VPC, IAM, WOG AD FS, IM8/GCC compliance

  • Expert-level OutSystems, sufficient to lead integration with an existing case management system

  • Experience developing systems handling sensitive and personal data

  • In-depth understanding of a legal, regulatory or compliance operations domain

  • Excellent data modelling and SQL skills

  • Solid understanding of server-side .NET and/or Java development, service-oriented architectures, web services and public-facing web/e-services development

  • Strong technical judgement to determine the best solution to a technical problem

Added advantage

  • Experience in a legal or regulatory domain, with the credibility to engage stakeholders directly

  • Experience working on case management, compliance or enforcement systems in a regulatory context

  • Prior experience architecting on OutSystems, and/or architecting applications designed to operate as part of a larger shared platform
