Solution Architect
Summary
Designs and oversees IT solutions for clients, guiding teams through digital transformation, Agile adoption, and DevOps tooling while ensuring security and performance standards.
We are urgently looking for a Solution Architect in the region of Murcia.
This position is remote and long-term. Candidates need to live and work in region of Murcia (max 2 hour drive) to make occassional meetings on-site possible.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyse technology environments and understand SDLC;
- Analyse enterprise specifics;
- Analyse and document requirements;
- Establish technology collaboration frameworks and tooling (DevOps);
- Create solution prototypes;
- Document designs;
- Participate in technology selection;
- Control solution development;
- Promote and uphold security standards;
- Support scrum teams;
- Mentor more junior colleagues within our technology communities of practice;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- +5/+10 years of experience in technical and/or solution design and architecture roles;
- Experience gained from working in client-facing roles within a leading IT services, systems integrator or management consulting firm;
- Must have strong experience of digital transformation, road maps, target operating models, cost reduction, performance improvement;
- Must have knowledge of Agile ways of working and experience supporting clients adopting Agile;
- Must have strong stakeholder management and excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Candidates need to have a good level of English and/or willing to improve/learn;
Advantageous certifications: AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect - Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Red Hat Certified Architect
