Solution Architect
Overview
We are seeking a customer-facing Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to help enterprise organisations evaluate, deploy, and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The successful candidate will combine Microsoft 365 expertise, AI adoption experience, and strong governance and security knowledge to guide customers through their Copilot transformation journey.
This role focuses on Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, AI readiness, governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will help organisations assess whether they are ready for Copilot adoption and provide guidance on security, governance, and deployment best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess organisational readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
- Support the deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on AI readiness, governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Evaluate Microsoft 365 environments for data governance, identity, permissions, and information protection considerations.
- Conduct discovery workshops, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to identify and prioritise Copilot adoption opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the Copilot adoption journey.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Hands-on experience deploying, implementing, or driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Experience assessing organisational readiness for AI and Copilot adoption within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Purview, including governance, compliance, information protection, and security best practices.
- Experience delivering customer-facing consulting, architecture, or advisory engagements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Certifications
Candidates must possess at least 2 of the following certifications, or be willing to obtain at least 2 prior to onboarding:
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
- SC-401: Information Security Administrator Associate
- AB-900: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
- AB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect
- AB-730: AI Business Professional Associate
