Solution Architect - ALM, Pure:Variants, MBSE (68240)

Hitachi Digital Services in Italy seeks a Senior Solution Architect with 15-18 years of experience to design end-to-end ALM, PLE, and MBSE architectures for digital engineering solutions. You will lead customer workshops, translate requirements into technical designs, mentor teams, and drive architecture governance.

This role emphasizes CodeBeamer ALM, Pure::Variants, and SysML MBSE practices, with active support for estimates and proposals within a global Hitachi team based in Rome or on-site.

Lead architecture design for digital engineering projects and define roadmaps. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to translate needs into architectures. Govern architectural standards and ensure alignment with best practices. Mentor and guide engineering teams throughout delivery. 15-18 years of experience in Solution Architecture for Digital Engineering solutions. Design end-to-end ALM, PLE, and MBSE solution architectures. Lead customer workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Architect and implement Codebeamer ALM solutions and integrations. Design Product Line Engineering solutions using Pure::Variants. Define and implement MBSE best practices using SysML. Support solution estimation, and technical proposals. Mentor technical teams and ensure architecture governance.
