- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Technical Lead, GIS Solution Architect, GIS Engineer, or equivalent role involving geospatial systems design, implementation, operations, and modernization.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise GIS projects across the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, testing, migration, deployment, and operations support.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise GIS platforms, preferably Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, ArcGIS Web Adaptor, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, and ArcGIS Online.
- Experience supporting production-critical GIS platforms with requirements for high availability, security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, risk assessment, security review, and operational readiness processes.
