Solution Architect (Backend & Microservices)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and implementation of backend microservices, bi-directional data synchronisation services, and RESTful APIs.

The role involves providing technical guidance, supporting API architecture and integration design, and ensuring solutions align with established technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support backend integration architecture and API contracts.
• Provide technical guidance for developing bi-directional data synchronisation microservices.
• Oversee the development and integration of approximately 80 RESTful API endpoints.
• Define and review microservices architecture and integration patterns.
• Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with developers and technical leads to ensure solution quality.
• Ensure backend services comply with internal architecture and technical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development or integration architecture.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Experience with OpenAPI specifications and API gateway technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and integration solutions.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and ensure architecture compliance.
