Solution Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution architectures for core banking applications and associated enterprise integrations.
• Lead architecture decisions for Java 8+ backend services built with Spring Boot and microservices patterns.
• Design secure, reliable, and scalable REST API ecosystems for internal and external banking integrations.
• Review technical designs, identify architectural risks, and establish standards for service development and integration.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and production delivery.

Skills Required:

• 12 - 20 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting, including substantial experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong experience with core banking platforms, banking processes, and financial services technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Core Java and Java 8+ application development.
• Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST API design.
• Ability to define scalable backend architectures, integration patterns, security approaches, and service boundaries.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and SQL.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
