Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Define architecture vision, standards, and governance for scalable SaaS platforms.
• Design and implement multi-tenant, microservices-based, and event-driven systems.
• Build and standardise APIs, data architectures, and cloud-native/serverless solutions.
• Develop AI-native systems, including RAG pipelines, copilots, and workflow automation.
• Mentor teams, drive AI adoption, and continuously integrate emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in solution architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, microservices, event-driven systems, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) along with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with LLM integrations, RAG architectures, and No-Code/Low-Code platforms.

Must-Haves:

• Active use of AI coding assistants like Claude, Cursor, or Copilot in daily workflows.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for code generation, testing, and refactoring.
• Experience with agentic AI workflows and understanding of LLM limitations and risks.
