Solution Architect (Java | React | Cloud | KYC)

Location: Kraków (Hybrid) 6x per month
Contract: B2B
Rate: 170–180 PLN/h

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a global digital transformation initiative within the Wholesale Client Servicing domain. In this role, you'll shape scalable solutions that improve customer onboarding and KYC/CDD processes while working with modern cloud-native technologies and international engineering teams.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business and architecture strategy.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Lead solution design across the full software delivery lifecycle – from requirements gathering to production support.

  • Drive the implementation of scalable microservices and cloud-based architectures.

  • Ensure best practices in software design, security, and engineering standards.

  • Mentor development teams and support technical decision-making.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Engineer.

  • Solid knowledge of KYC/CDD processes within financial services.

  • Hands-on experience with Java, ReactJS, and microservices architecture.

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, application security, and containerization.

  • Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL database design.

  • Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Experience working with global engineering teams and Agile environments.

  • Familiarity with architecture modelling tools (e.g. Visual Paradigm).

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.

  • Knowledge of infrastructure and network security.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
