Solution Architect (Data Engineering)

• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud platforms
• Integrate and manage diverse data sources, ensuring data quality, reliability, and accessibility for analytics and ML use cases
• Design and maintain cloud-native data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse) that scale with business needs
• Develop data processing solutions using Spark / PySpark in distributed environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable data solutions
• Support analytics use cases by enabling data consumption for reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools
• Stay up to date with modern data platform technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement of the data ecosystem

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Analytics Engineering roles
• Strong expertise in dimensional modeling with hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale Kimball, Star Schema, and Data Vault solutions
• Proven experience designing modern Lakehouse architectures and Medallion data platforms
• Deep hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, dbt, SQL, and Python
• Strong knowledge of Azure data services, including ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and related ecosystem components
• Experience building scalable semantic models for BI, analytics, and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
• Experience defining architecture standards, reviewing technical designs, and leading architectural governance processes
• Ability to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders and translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions
• Strong understanding of distributed data processing, performance optimization, and cloud-native architecture patterns
• English B2+ with confidence presenting architectural solutions to international stakeholders
• Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, Databricks, or equivalent cloud certifications will be a plus
