Solution Architect & Development
Summary
The Solution Architect will lead digital transformation projects by designing and implementing Azure-based solutions, including AI-driven workflows using Azure OpenAI and Document Intelligence. The role involves managing distributed teams, overseeing Agile delivery, and developing web applications using Python and cloud services.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects (automation, integration, web apps)
Design and implement Azure-based solutions, including web portals and AI-driven document processing
Develop AI-powered workflows using Azure AI Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI
Build and maintain cloud services (Azure Functions, Static Web Apps, PostgreSQL)
Oversee Agile delivery as Scrum Master and manage distributed development teams
Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure quality, security compliance, and governance across code, testing, and releases
Requirements
Strong Python skills with experience in Azure Functions and automation scripting (Expertise in Java or .NET can be considered)
Hands-on experience with Azure services and AI tools (Document Intelligence, AOAI)
Familiarity with SAP GUI scripting and enterprise system automation
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Agile tools (JIRA, GitHub)
Proven leadership experience (team lead/project management) with Agile/Scrum certification preferred
Understanding of secure development practices and IT governance
