Solution Architect
Summary
Solution Architect responsible for planning deliverables, analyzing BRDs, conducting gap and solution/design analysis, and managing CRD creation and sign-off with customers, primarily working with GPP.
Plan and track deliverables (BRD review, CRD delivery)
Analyze BRD, manage Requirements workshops, participate in requirement walkthrough
Communication with Product Managers and Owners about Customer requirements
Conduct gap analysis- finalize gaps scope and classifications with product (Roadmap item or CR), coordinate scope with PM
Understand Business and System set-up needs and conduct Solution & Design analysis and CRD review
Monitoring and troubleshooting CRD creation activities (Coverage, timelines) and sign off with the customer
Support defects prioritization
