Solution Architect / Technical Delivery Lead
100% remote from Spain

We are looking for a Solution Architect / Technical Delivery Lead to lead the technical solution and the development of new functionalities in a platform for the insurance sector, oriented towards the accident branch.
What you'll do
You will participate in a project that will cover the entire software development lifecycle. In the first phase, you will work on the initial definition, analysis, planning, and design of the solution.

Define the technical solution and lead the team responsible for implementing it.

Supervise the delivery of a team of approximately 20 developers.

Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.

Design solutions based on APIs and near real-time processing.

Coordinate with architecture and infrastructure managers and communicate the project status.
What we're looking for
-
More than 10 years of experience in solution definition and technical leadership.

Between 6 and 9 years of experience in delivery management and development teams.

Between 6 and 9 years of experience in API-based solutions and near real-time processing.

Proficiency in Spring Boot, Angular, Spring Batch, and Kafka.

Spanish and English minimum B1.
Nice to have

Experience with ARGO.

Ability to communicate and report with department managers.

Previous experience in banking or insurance.
