Role : Solution Architect

Location : Pune

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience : 12+ Years

Education : B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture, HLD, and LLD reviews.

- Design on-premises infrastructure, DC/DR, High Availability (HA), and failover solutions.

- Define system integrations, API architecture, and infrastructure requirements.

- Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.

- Drive VAPT, security audits, and technical reviews.

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, DPDP Act 2023, and IT Act 2000.

- Collaborate with AI teams on secure, self-hosted AI/LLM solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years as a Solution / Enterprise Architect.

- Experience designing on-premises enterprise platforms, preferably in BFSI or government sectors.

- Strong knowledge of DC/DR, HA, infrastructure sizing, and disaster recovery.

- Expertise in microservices, three-tier architecture, APIs, API gateways, and message queues.

- Hands-on familiarity with Python/Django, React, and PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge of PostgreSQL replication, backup, and failover.

- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/OIDC, SIEM, and PIM/PAM.

- Strong understanding of application security, VAPT, and compliance audits.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
