We are looking for a Solution Architect to become part of our team.

This is a great chance to take a leading role in designing technology solutions that support medical affairs and digital transformation efforts. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders to build scalable, compliant, and forward-thinking architectures. The right candidate will offer a strategic outlook and a genuine enthusiasm for utilizing modern platforms to generate business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver architectural review and direction for medical affairs solutions, with an emphasis on low-code and no-code platforms
  • Consult on multi-channel orchestration approaches for medical affairs, spanning CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web, and webinar platforms, to guarantee smooth workflows
  • Assess and suggest best practices for consent management concerning medical data and communications
  • Review and steer the architecture of data platforms, reporting tools, and natural language processing (NLP) services
  • Offer guidance on integration and architectural strategies for Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform external SaaS architecture assessments to verify compliance, scalability, and alignment with industry standards

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant background in solution architecture or comparable roles
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership, management, owner, architect, or coordinator capacity
  • Experience heading a team of at least 5 members for no less than one year
  • Involvement in a minimum of 5 end-to-end projects or engagement in several projects across different phases of the development lifecycle
  • Practical experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Vault CRM
  • Strong English communication abilities at C1 level or higher, with the capacity to convey technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

  • Background using Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics needs
  • Familiarity with Cortex AI and NLP services for advanced data processing tasks
  • Understanding of Power BI for business intelligence and reporting purposes
  • Exposure to Veeva MedComms and Veeva PromoMats, as well as additional Salesforce modules
  • Competence in API management and performing external SaaS architecture assessments
  • Industry background in medical affairs, healthcare, or life sciences to contribute domain-specific expertise
  • Solid advisory and analytical capabilities for solution evaluation and stakeholder collaboration
