Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in TriZetto Facets and healthcare payer systems to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare payer business processes, particularly Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, Member Management, Benefits, and Provider-related workflows.

The candidate will be responsible for translating complex business and regulatory requirements into comprehensive solution architectures spanning Facets, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, integrations, and supporting technologies.

This role requires strong architectural thinking, healthcare domain knowledge, integration expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable end-to-end solution architectures.

• Define technical architecture and solution designs across Facets, applications, data, APIs, integrations, and supporting platforms.

• Develop application architecture, service architecture, interface designs, and data-flow diagrams.

• Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions based on scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and business requirements.

• Establish architecture standards, design principles, and reusable solution patterns.

2. Facets & Healthcare Payer Architecture

• Provide architecture leadership for TriZetto Facets-based healthcare payer applications.

• Design solutions supporting Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, Member Management, Benefits, and Provider-related processes.

• Understand Facets workflows and their interactions with upstream and downstream healthcare applications.

• Support architecture changes associated with healthcare payer business and regulatory initiatives.

• Ensure technical designs align with healthcare payer business requirements.

3. Application & Integration Architecture

• Design scalable integration patterns between Facets and enterprise applications.

• Define API architecture, service interfaces, integration workflows, and data exchange mechanisms.

• Architect integrations across multiple applications and technology platforms.

• Evaluate integration dependencies, technical constraints, and potential impacts.

• Ensure reliable data exchange and consistency across interconnected systems.

4. Data Architecture & Modeling

• Define data-flow architecture across Facets and supporting applications.

• Collaborate with data engineering and database teams on data integration requirements.

• Support data mapping, transformation, validation, and information flow design.

• Ensure data architecture supports business processes, regulatory requirements, and reporting needs.

• Identify data dependencies and potential integration risks.

5. Regulatory & Business Requirements

• Analyze complex regulatory and business requirements and translate them into technical architecture.

• Design solutions supporting regulatory changes across Facets and integrated healthcare applications.

• Assess the impact of regulatory changes on application workflows, interfaces, and data platforms.

• Ensure proposed solutions align with business acceptance criteria and enterprise technology standards.

6. Architecture Governance & Technical Leadership

• Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance throughout development and implementation.

• Collaborate with engineering, application development, data, integration, and platform teams.

• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.

• Guide development, testing, deployment, and implementation teams.

• Ensure architecture decisions support long-term platform scalability and maintainability.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, healthcare domain teams, engineering teams, and enterprise architects.

• Participate in requirement discussions, architecture reviews, and solution walkthroughs.

• Communicate technical architecture decisions and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

• Drive alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
