Solution Architect - Field Service Management (FSM)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a major enterprise transformation program focused on the implementation of a new Field Service Management (FSM) platform.

This is a senior architecture role responsible for shaping the end-to-end solution, defining integration and data architecture, and ensuring the platform fits effectively within a complex enterprise technology landscape.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders, internal architecture teams and a Tier-1 System Integrator to develop the solution architecture, technical standards, environment strategy and associated architecture artefacts.

What you'll be responsible for

• Define and drive the end-to-end FSM solution architecture
• Design integration and data architecture across the new platform and existing enterprise systems
• Ensure interoperability between the FSM platform, legacy applications and broader enterprise architecture
• Develop solution blueprints, architecture strategies, roadmaps and technical design documentation
• Define functional, non-functional and technical requirements
• Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Work closely with the System Integrator and internal architecture teams to review and challenge proposed designs
• Apply architecture standards, governance frameworks and technical assurance across the program
• Engage senior business and technology stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical architectural solutions

What we're looking for

Essential

• Strong Solution or Enterprise Architecture experience
• Demonstrated Field Service Management experience, or highly relevant experience with a closely related field service/workforce management platform
• Strong integration architecture experience across complex enterprise environments
• Strong data architecture capability and understanding of enterprise data flows
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex technology solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution architecture and technical designs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly regarded

• Experience working on a major enterprise transformation or implementation program
• Experience working alongside a Tier-1 System Integrator
• Strong technical governance and architecture assurance experience
• Experience operating within mature enterprise architecture disciplines and frameworks
• Utilities, infrastructure or asset-intensive industry experience
• Exposure to SAP environments and integration platforms
• IFS FSM experience
