Your new role:
As Solution Architect, you’ll support the Enterprise Architect and provide solution architecture expertise across an active CRM project. A key focus will be shaping solutions that combine established CRM technologies with AI agents, while ensuring they align with wider enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.
This is a 6-month contract based in Wellington, with hybrid working and a requirement to be on site in the CBD at least three days per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide solution architecture leadership across the CRM project
- Support the Enterprise Architect with solution design and architectural decision-making
- Design solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365
- Help shape the integration of AI agents and Copilot capabilities with existing CRM technologies
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical solution designs
- Work closely with delivery teams, technical specialists and business stakeholders
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, principles and roadmaps
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies and integration considerations
- Produce clear architecture documentation and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Proven experience working as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments
- Strong Microsoft technology background
- Significant hands-on architecture experience with Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, architecture and integration
- Experience working alongside Enterprise Architects and delivery teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with AI technologies, AI agents or Microsoft Copilot would be highly valued
- Ability to work from the Wellington CBD office at least three days per week
