The Startup Solutions Architecture team is dedicated to working with these early stage startup companies as they build their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to architect solutions to difficult technical problems where the business objective is defined but the solution design is not.
• Understand customers' business context and deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and performant solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers identify opportunities and risks in their technical decisions.
• Own end-to-end solution design, leveraging existing patterns where appropriate and creating reusable designs when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, BD, professional services, engineering) to drive customer success.
• Develop and deliver technical content. Mentor peers, participate in design reviews, and contribute to team best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 6+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
• Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution, or experience in developing and deploying LLMs on GPUs, Neuron, TPU or other AI acceleration hardware

Preferred

• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
• Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
• 1+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience
• Bachelor's degree in machine learning or equivalent
