Solution Architect who owns the SAP HCM solution end to end — driving solution design, architecture, and integrations, leading the technical stream, and coordinating with functional leads, other projects, and stakeholders to hit deliverables and milestones. Core technology: SAP HCM.
Responsibilities
- Strong foundation in SAP HCM Architecture and Integrations
- Take complete ownership of the SAP HCM solution, driving solution design activities, architecture, and deliverables with supporting technical leads.
- Act as the primary point of liaison with other projects and their technical leads to coordinate and align solution architecture/design for interactions with SAP HCM.
- Provide technical leadership for the technical stream.
- Identify, assess, and manage solution risks and technical issues.
- Support the achievement of agreed project outputs, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate with functional leads and identify/support the functional analysis required to support solution design.
- Support project planning, estimation, and technical effort assessment.
- Act as a key member of the core leadership team for SAP HCM initiatives.
- Strong experience in SAP HCM Architecture
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM Integrations
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership
- Experience coordinating across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to drive solution design from requirements through implementation
