Job Description : Must Have Solution Architecture | Architecture Design | Technical Leadership | Scalable Systems Qualifications and Skills Must Have Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field. Must Have Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Must Have Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar. Must Have Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Must Have Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB). Must Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices. Must Have Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must Have Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must Have Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time. Must Have Lead and mentor a team of software developers, architects, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Define and design end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements. Must Have Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches. Must Have Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture design to deployment and maintenance. Must Have Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and technical roadmaps. Must Have Provide architectural guidance and governance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and design standards. Must Have Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Must Have Conduct peer code reviews, identify potential risks, and ensure quality and performance standards. Must Have Ensure system scalability, security, reliability, and performance through optimization and architectural improvements. Must Have Identify and mitigate technical and architectural risks throughout the project lifecycle. Must Have Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and architectural solutions. Must Have Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making processes. Must Have Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and system-level issues.
