Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Solution Architect who combines strong engineering fundamentals with a consulting mindset. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, designing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems while guiding clients and teams from idea to production.

You will play a key role in shaping architecture, influencing technical strategy, and ensuring successful delivery across complex environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design and own end-to-end solution architecture across distributed systems and cloud environments

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, clearly articulating trade-offs

• Define and drive non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, cost)

• Guide architecture decisions and create technical roadmaps aligned with business goals

• Lead client engagements, including workshops, architecture reviews, and presentations

• Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

• Support PoCs, demos, and technical validation during the solution lifecycle

• Promote best practices, design patterns, and architectural standards

• Apply and explore modern AI-driven approaches and tools in solution design

What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise

• Strong engineering fundamentals (systems design, networking, performance, security)

• Proven experience with distributed systems and large-scale architectures

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Ability to design solutions that meet demanding non-functional requirements

• Understanding of modern architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, cloud-native)

• Solid proficiency in AI concepts (ML, GenAI, LLMs) and their application in solutions

Mindset & Skills

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to connect business goals and technology

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (technical & non-technical audiences)

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment

• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach

• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF)

• Experience with AI-driven or data-heavy solutions

• Background in industries such as automotive, industrial, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS
