Solution Architect - IMS CORE
Job Description:
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops customer solution architecture in dedicated area of competence.
- Keeps the knowledge of the dedicated customer architecture in dedicated technical area and regional requirements.
- Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
- Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets the client’s requirements.

- Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives.
- Shares initial ideas for professional direction of own organisational unit.
- Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff / workteam / taskforces.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Create solution design, including architecture and overall solution integration using multi-vendor, cross-geo strategy.
- Blueprint solutions using cloud native 5G technologies by applying proven methods and methodologies.
- Possess experience with System Engineering, Design, and Testing, and have knowledge of wireless networks, 5G, access, SA, NR, core, MEC, NaaS/APIs, L1/L2/L3, fronthaul/backhaul concepts.
- Have experience with OSS/BSS and OAM services in 4G and 5G deployments.
- Possess knowledge of 5G/4G network elements and functionality, including architecture, concepts, and network flows for data, voice, messaging, signaling, etc.
- Have an excellent understanding of the application of 5G across industry-verticals (manufacturing, automotive, retail, etc.) to create value propositions for enterprises.
- Possess knowledge of the private wireless (5G) and IIoT ecosystem and integration points: monitoring, alarming, performance, inventory, etc.
