About the role
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join a high-performing Technology team and play a key role in shaping and delivering technology solutions across a complex and diverse business environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work across enterprise systems, operational technology, and shared services, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure and fit-for-purpose solutions.
You’ll operate across multiple business domains, gaining exposure to a broad range of systems, projects and strategic initiatives. This is more than just design—you will contribute to improving processes, optimising systems and delivering tangible business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Translate business requirements into solution architecture designs and technology roadmaps
Lead the evaluation, design and implementation of solutions aligned to enterprise strategy
Assess current systems and identify opportunities to optimise, modernise or rationalise the technology landscape
Provide strategic advice on platforms, vendors and emerging technology trends
Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, governance frameworks and best practice
Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful solution outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across systems and processes
About you You are an experienced and collaborative Solutions Architect with strong business engagement skills and the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
You will bring:
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect (a background in software development is highly regarded)
Strong ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
Experience working across complex, multi-system environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of how technology supports business outcomes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience evaluating technology trends and providing strategic guidance
A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
