Solution Architect ITSM Platforms
Your tasks:
- Advising customers on the introduction of ITSM solutions or platforms
- Analysis of customer requirements and design of technical solutions
- Taking over sub-projects and work packages as well as controlling and technical leadership of the development team
- Documentation of technical solutions
- Estimation of development costs for work packages
- Implementation of customer requirements on the appropriate technical platform such as Valuemation or ivanti (formerly HEAT Software)
Your profile:
- Successfully completed IT training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in the conception and/or implementation of IT service management solutions
- Several years of experience in administration and professional development in the area of ITSM platforms and in script-oriented programming languages (e.g. PowerShell)
- Experience with web services (SOAP / REST) desirable
- ITSM process know-how desirable (ITIL Foundation)
- Confident demeanor towards customers and advisory skills
- Structured and independent work
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Willingness to travel in the DACH region
