Solution Architect (Japan)

We are seeking a customer-facing technical expert with hands-on experience in HPC and AI infrastructure to support QCT Japan’s growing AI business. This role bridges QCT HQ, local SI partners, and enterprise customers, covering the full lifecycle from demand analysis and architecture design to system implementation, optimization, and operational enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Customer & Partner Engagement

• Collaborate with SI partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Act as primary technical liaison between QCT HQ, partners, and customers
• Conduct workshops, PoCs, and technical discussions

2) Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end AI/HPC infrastructure (compute, network, storage, orchestration)
• Produce architecture diagrams, sizing, and solution proposals

3) System Integration & Deployment

• Assist with deployment including OS, cluster setup, networking, and storage integration
• Define SOPs and ensure production readiness

4) Technical Consulting & Partner Enablement

• Support pre-sales activities (RFI/RFPs, solution validation)
• Provide technical consulting to partners on AI platform deployment, performance benchmarking, and HPC/AI infrastructure optimization
• Deliver technical training to SI partners
