Solution Architect - Life & Health Insurance

Salary: Negotiable

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong Life & Health Insurance experience to lead core platform modernisation, focusing on Policy Administration Systems (PAS). You will work with business, technology and vendor teams to design solutions and define transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for PAS modernisation, replacement and cloud adoption.
  
• Define current-state and target-state architectures across policy administration, underwriting, billing, claims and servicing.
  
• Design integrations between core insurance systems, digital channels and other business platforms.
  
• Develop API, microservices and event-driven integration approaches.
  
• Plan data migration, system coexistence and cutover.
  
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, resilience and regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide architecture governance and guidance throughout implementation.
  

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in insurance architecture or transformation.
  
• Strong knowledge of Life & Health Insurance processes and PAS.
  
• Experience in core insurance modernisation and complex system integration.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices and data migration.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
