Tasks
- Design and evolve the enterprise architecture for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 storage services in an environment with 27.000 users
- Define scalable information architectures, permission concepts, governance standards and data structures for enterprise collaboration and file services
- Drive the transformation of legacy on-premises file services towards modern cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Design and implement enterprise solutions based on SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Automate, Azure Functions and SPFx
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and sustainable Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solution architectures
- Define governance, lifecycle management, data retention and storage tiering concepts to optimize cost, compliance and user experience
- Design backup, recovery and data protection concepts for SharePoint Online, OneDrive and related Microsoft 365 services
- Provide technical guidance and architecture standards for SharePoint Online solutions, including intranet and collaboration scenarios
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, security, infrastructure and application teams to ensure end-to-end solution design
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge in legacy filesystems (SMB/CIFS, Microsoft DFS)
- Multiple years of professional experience in M365 SharePoint Online (implementation, file share migration)
- Proven experience in M365 Governance (SharePoint Online, Labeling, Purview, SharePoint Agents)
- Strong expertise in customizing SharePoint sites, Viva Connections and Viva Engage
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure Functions and Power Automate (architecture, design, implementation)
- Deep knowledge in managing cloud stores, for example Azure File Store, Azure Data Lake Store
- Knowledge of IaaS solutions like Terraform scripts are welcome
- Fluent in spoken and written English
