Collada is seeking a Solution Architect for a 12-month contract to support a payroll and enterprise systems programme. The role involves architectural direction, design review, and stakeholder engagement within a complex organizational environment.
Salary: $140 – $150 per hour
Collada is looking to add another experienced Solution Architect to our associate network.
We've got a 12-month programme coming up centred around payroll and enterprise systems. The environment is already established and needs someone who can come in, understand what's going on, work with both business and technology stakeholders, and help move things forward.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to stay at the conceptual level. We're looking for an architect who is comfortable talking strategy one minute and discussing technical design decisions the next. Someone who can engage with vendors, delivery teams, business leaders and subject matter experts without getting lost in process.
The programme involves a mix of architectural direction, design review, stakeholder engagement, decision making, and helping delivery teams navigate a complex landscape. There is already plenty of work underway, so the ability to quickly get context and add value is important.
We're particularly interested in people with experience across:
Payroll, HRIS, HCM or workforce-related systems
Enterprise applications and integration
Solution Architecture within large organisations
Complex transformation programmes
Vendor and stakeholder management
