Solution Architect – Private 5G & Industrial AI

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to lead customer-facing solution design and technical execution for Quartus' Private 5G and industrial AI solutions. This role sits between customers, sales, delivery and engineering. The ideal candidate has real experience deploying Private 5G networks and can independently take ownership from customer requirements through architecture, PoC and deployment readiness.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution design for Private 5G projects, covering 5GC, RAN, transport, management and orchestration platforms, CPE/UE, RF coverage, capacity planning and enterprise/OT integration.
Lead technical discussions with customers and partners, and translate business requirements into practical solution architectures.
Drive PoCs and pilots: define scope, success criteria, deployment plan, testing and acceptance.
Support RFI/RFP/tender responses, technical proposals, BOM and solution documentation.
Work closely with sales, engineering and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to deployment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams, partners and vendors to drive closure.
Support solution development for industrial use cases such as smart manufacturing, automotive, logistics, ports and mining.
About you
5+ years of experience in telecom, enterprise wireless, systems integration or solution architecture.
Hands-on experience with Private 5G deployment is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of 5G Core, RAN, IP networking, RF planning, management platforms and enterprise integration.
Able to independently lead customer technical meetings, architecture discussions and PoCs.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a startup environment with both ownership and hands-on execution.
Experience in smart manufacturing, automotive, ports, logistics, mining or other industrial verticals.
Experience with Edge AI, AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, computer vision or robotics.
Familiarity with Wi-Fi / Private 5G coexistence and enterprise networking.
Experience working with system integrators, operators or regional enterprise customers.
