Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will lead large-scale, technology-enabled revenue cycle transformation initiatives for leading healthcare organizations. You will serve as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader – guiding clients from vision through execution to measurable outcomes.


This role is ideal for someone who combines deep revenue cycle expertise with strong leadership skills, technical fluency (particularly Epic), and the ability to translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Transformation Engagements

    • Own end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including Epic implementation and optimization

    • Define solution strategy, scope, and roadmap aligned to client goals

    • Drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams

  • Architect Scalable Solutions

    • Design workflows and technology solutions that improve financial performance and operational efficiency

    • Ensure alignment between system configuration, business processes, and desired outcomes

    • Incorporate best practices across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle functions

  • Advise and Influence

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders

    • Lead decision-making, issue resolution, and governance structures

    • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences

  • Drive Adoption and Change

    • Partner with client leadership to enable adoption and sustain transformation

    • Support change management strategies that improve engagement and outcomes

  • Develop Teams

    • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across consulting and client organizations

    • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives (e.g., Epic, automation, AI)

  • Deep expertise in at least one area of the revenue cycle (front-end, mid-cycle, or back-end)

  • Proven success delivering large-scale system implementations or optimizations

  • Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems, integrations, and revenue cycle analytics

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

  • Epic certification in a relevant module (Cadence, Prelude, HB, PB, Claims, etc.) is highly preferred but not required.

Salary range: $153,500-$198,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
