About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth journey. As a passionate Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach and strengthening vendor relationships. Responsibilities include:
- Lead the pre-sales activities for Sage Intacct, including discovery meetings, demonstrations and tender responses, working closely with Delivery and Sales team members
- Strengthen and maintain the working relationship with Sage and third-party vendors, including participation in webinars, short product marketing videos, demonstrations and other related activities
- In collaboration with the sales team, engage prospects and clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling solution presentations based on Sage Intacct to potential clients
- Work with Marketing on demand generating and client update activities
- Maintain your expertise and stay up to date through investigation of the latest Sage Intacct and related technology releases
- Work closely with the Practice Director, Delivery, Sales and Marketing
What You Need to Succeed As an experienced Solution Architect, you pride yourself in your up-to-date knowledge of evolving trends and new technologies, and you can establish trusted relationships through collaboration and communication. Additional qualities and skills required to be successful in this role include:
- Several years of pre-sales and/or consulting experience
- Expert knowledge of ERP solutions, preferably Sage Intacct
- Strong understanding of business processes in small and mid-sized companies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Pragmatic working style with excellent problem-solving skills
- Active listening and relationship building skills
- Excellent planning and time management ability
- Team contributor and collaborator
