Role Overview

Seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead architecture across a large scale enterprise transformation programe focused on customer, identity, billing, support, learning, and data platforms. The role will own end to end solution architecture, governance, dependency management, and target state alignment across multiple workstreams.

Technology Experience

• Salesforce - Mandatory

• Zendesk - Mandatory

• CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management)

• Billing Platform or Zuora

• Databricks

• Enterprise Integration & Eventing Platforms

• SSO, Identity Lifecycle Management, Permissions Management

Key Skills & Experience

• Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture

• Enterprise transformation / platform consolidation programmes

• API first and Event Driven Architecture

• Architecture Governance (ARB, ADR, Design Authority)

• Data Governance and System of Record vs System of Engagement concepts

• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, vendors, and delivery teams

• TOGAF desirable
