Solution Architect

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect / Full Stack Engineer to join an early-stage WealthTech B2B SaaS startup. The role has the potential to grow into a CTO position as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable web applications and microservices.
• Work across Frontend, Backend, APIs, cloud, and Databases.
• Define system architecture and technology solutions.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into real business workflows.
• Build AI-native product features, not just use AI for coding.
• Work closely with founders and business stakeholders.
• Make technical decisions and establish engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of software development experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Solution/System Architecture experience.
• Experience with Java/Python/Node.js/React or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Microservices, cloud, and Databases.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM/GenAI integration.
• BFSI/FinTech/WealthTech experience is preferred.
• Candidates with Nuvama or similar wealth-management industry experience are preferred.
• A hands-on engineer who can design the architecture, write production code, integrate AI into workflows, and eventually take ownership of the complete technology function as CTO.
