- Technical consultation and client education
- Creation of feasible delivery plans for on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project implementations
- Design and implementation of high-performing, maintainable, and secure software aligned with industry best practices and company capabilities
- Assessment of existing system architectures and recommendation of new solutions as primary driver within internal team
- Collaboration with development team across all platforms (Frontend, Backend, Infra, Test)
- Proactive management of technology-related risks
- Leadership of Thought Leadership efforts within engineering domain including article writing, conference speeches, and internal knowledge-sharing
- At least 5 years of experience in backend web and mobile technologies
- Deep understanding of system architecture and infrastructures
- Experience in consulting with clients
- Customer-centric attitude and passion for driving business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Curious, never settle mindset to ask the right questions at the right time
- Ability to collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and craft high-quality proposals and presentations
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and enthusiasm for using latest tools
- Willingness to explore and understand mobile architectures
- Proficiency in Business English
