Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning to drive solution architecture, design, and implementation initiatives for enterprise supply planning. The ideal candidate will combine strong supply chain planning expertise with solution design capabilities, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role involves working with enterprise supply planning solutions, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, and developing architecture approaches that improve planning processes, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), along with SPARQ Solver, Linear Programming (LP) Solver, and SQL querying.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution architecture and design for enterprise supply planning initiatives.

- Understand business requirements, supply chain planning processes, and operational challenges to define appropriate solution approaches.

- Design scalable and sustainable solutions using Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).

- Apply SPARQ Solver and Linear Programming (LP) Solver expertise to address complex supply planning and optimization requirements.

- Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and solution assessment.

- Translate business requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

- Assess existing planning processes and recommend improvements to solution architecture and system performance.

- Support solution validation, issue resolution, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, design principles, and project requirements.

- Communicate solution approaches, design decisions, and technical recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- 8 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain planning, enterprise planning solutions, or related technology consulting.

- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).

- Practical experience with SPARQ Solver and Linear Programming (LP) Solver.

- Strong SQL querying skills for data analysis and validation.

- Proven experience in solution architecture, solution design, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of supply planning processes and optimization concepts.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement:

- Primarily remote work, with office visits required when specified by the client.

- GCV shift: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Mandatory Skills:
