Solution Architect (Taipei/Kaohsiung)

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in on-premises deployments to design and deliver tailored solutions that integrate our platform with customer requirements. As a provider of Sovereignty AI solutions, we focus on building systems that operate on customer-managed infrastructure. The ideal candidate will act as a technical bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring solutions are technically robust, secure, and aligned with customer goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements, technical environments, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Design customized on-premises solutions that integrate our platform with customer environments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Lead the technical implementation of solutions, working closely with engineering and customer teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
• Create and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation tailored for on-prem environments.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, addressing challenges related to on-prem deployment, integration, and maintenance.
• Support pre-sales efforts by showcasing the platform’s capabilities and addressing technical questions related to on-prem implementations.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure solutions align with platform capabilities and the product roadmap.
• Ensure successful delivery by collaborating with Project Managers to track progress and resolve roadblocks, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar technical roles, with a focus on on-premises deployments.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying software systems in on-prem environments, including experience with servers, storage, and network configurations.
• Proficiency in Linux systems, virtualization (e.g., VMware), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of on-prem security practices, including data encryption, network segmentation, and access controls.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus but secondary to on-prem expertise.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-stakes, customer-facing environments.
