This 12-month contract presents an opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in delivering critical legislative, compliance, payroll and workforce management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern solution architecture across business, application, data and technology domains
- Lead technical design decisions and architecture reviews
- Develop architecture artefacts and technical governance documentation
- Ensure security, privacy, resilience and compliance requirements are embedded into solutions
- Guide integration approaches across enterprise platforms and services
- Manage architectural risks, dependencies and technical trade-offs
- Partner with project managers, business analysts, technology teams and vendors
- Support testing, deployment, cutover and operational readiness activities

You are a seasoned Solution Architect who thrives in complex enterprise environments and can balance strategic architecture thinking with hands-on technical leadership.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering solution architecture across large-scale enterprise programs
- Strong background in HR, Payroll, Workforce Management or ERP-related transformations
- Experience leading technical delivery and vendor engagement
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and modern architecture practices
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, compliance and information management requirements
- Experience translating business requirements into practical architecture outcomes
