Solution Architect placed via Verita HR at one of the world's largest banks in Kraków. Day to day: designing and guiding open source-based solutions with Linux, distributed systems, and microservices, working with engineering and business teams. Hybrid role (6 office days/month) on a B2B contract.

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in open source technologies to design, guide, and deliver robust solutions for our organization. You will work closely with our Transformation Lead, engineering, operations, and business teams to architect systems that leverage open source software and ensure alignment with business goals.

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in open source technologies to design, guide, and deliver robust solutions for our organization. You will work closely with our Transformation Lead, engineering, operations, and business teams to architect systems that leverage open source software and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions with open source technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and open source application stacks.
- Familiarity with scripting, automation, and configuration management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Contributions to open source projects (please share your GitHub/GitLab profile).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools
- Knowledge of data platforms (NoSQL, RDBMS, streaming).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
