Solution Architect with GCP

Designs and leads cloud-based data solutions on GCP, defining architectures, security models, and integration patterns while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Salary range: 24500 - 37500 PLN gross
What will you do?
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering cloud-based data solutions, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to define target architectures, security models, integration patterns and operational frameworks. As a trusted technical advisor, you will provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure and well-governed solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
Your tasks
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for cloud-based data platforms and services
- Define secure data onboarding, integration and sharing patterns
- Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Design GCP-based services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM and networking components
- Define infrastructure-as-code and automation approaches
- Ensure compliance with security, governance and data management requirements
- Support technical decision-making during the implementation phase
- Provide architectural guidance to engineering and platform teams
- Produce architecture documentation, diagrams and technical specifications
- Drive solution design ownership and architecture governance across the project lifecycle
Your skills
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or cloud architecture roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience designing enterprise data platforms and data integration solutions
- Knowledge of BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM, networking and security architecture
- Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation practices
- Understanding of enterprise security, governance and compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of data products or data governance frameworks
- Experience working within large enterprise cloud transformation programmes
- Familiarity with DataOps and platform engineering concepts
