Solution Architect within the Payments Area

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect in the Payments sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of financial services and payment products, joined with a passion for technology design. This role is intended for a professional with over 9 years of experience in payments architecture, capable of making significant technical decisions and facilitating architectural deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:
The Solution Architect will take the lead on defining the architectural framework and strategies:

• Designing and developing target and transition architectures.
• Creating architectural roadmaps and runways.
• Facilitating end-to-end flow creation with stakeholders.
• Involving in detailed solution design alongside Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Collaborating with Development Teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Assisting in managing ambiguity within large projects.
• Supporting teams across Payment Channels and Processing Platforms.

Key Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience as a Payments Solution Architect.
• Strong foundation in banking and financial services.
• Proficiency in creating architectural deliverables.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, OpenShift).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in both waterfall and Scaled Agile project environments.
• Fluency in English.
