Solution Consultant (Agile Methodologies)
Summary
Acts as a technical bridge between customers and the company, running discovery sessions, demos, and POCs to align agile solutions with client needs and existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer requirements, challenges, and technical environments. Conduct detailed discovery sessions to uncover pain points and technical requirements, ensuring proposed solutions will integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations that showcase how solutions address specific customer needs.
- Understanding of business processes, ROI analysis, and value proposition development.
- Define success criteria, manage scope, oversee technical implementation, and ensure the POC effectively demonstrates the solution's value in the customer's environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
- 2 years working in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solutions architecture.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
