Solution Consultant
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop and present customized solution demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our -products/services.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on solution design, implementation, and best practices.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral.
Work closely with Support teams to ensure seamless handover of client requirements and expectations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise.
