About the Company
Our client is a well-established, listed industrial solutions company in Singapore with a strong presence in the building materials and infrastructure sector. As part of their ongoing digital transformation journey, they are looking for a Solution Consultant to join their team and help drive operational excellence across the business.
The Role
As a Solution Consultant, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate them into practical solutions, and support their implementation from end to end — from requirements gathering through to user training and go-live.
What You'll Do
- Analyse clients' business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather, analyse, and document business challenges, pain points, and requirements in detail
- Develop and recommend operational improvements and process optimisation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agreed changes
- Prepare user guides, conduct training, and support testing activities
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Maintain clear, organised project documentation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in business analytics or consulting is advantageous but not required — fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
